Knox endless knot buckle (bu571)
Pewter with embossed design inspired by Archibald Knox. This buckle has a hinged bar for the belt to clip onto and the other end has a strong prong to push through the hole in the belt.

Archibald Knox (1864-1933) was born on the Isle of Man. He was active in the Arts and Crafts movement, which paralleled Europe's Art Nouveau era of the early 20th century. His designs reflect the Celtic tradition and his belief in functionalism and simplicity of design.
